Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time if this is the case.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. If you don't receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@lolverse.in

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

7-Day Free Return & Exchange

All items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. After 7 days, a ₹50 return shipping fee applies. Return shipping is free for orders above ₹2000.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• ✓Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• ✓In original packaging with all tags attached
• ✓Returned within the specified return window

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@lolverse.in with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back to us using the provided label
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

• ✗Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• ✗Items without original tags or packaging
• ✗Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either send you a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.
